Will I need to make any lifestyle changes?

When you come in to see us at Happy Healthy Thin, the first thing we will do is go over a health intake form with you. This is so we know where you are at, what your health goals are, and where you want to be. We will then make recommendations based on your goals as well as any testing we do in the office. Those recommendations may include lifestyle modifications to your current diet. These recommendations vary from person to person since everyone is different. You always have the option of choosing whether you would like to follow through with these recommendations. Once given your recommendations, you will receive support from our Happy Healthy THIN clinic to help you through your health journey! Upon completion of your program, we always recommend making good choices when it comes to your diet and lifestyle choices.

What should I expect when I come in?

 

You will meet one of our awesome Happy Healthy Thin team members who will help to guide you through the process. You will sit down with one of our Clinic Directors to go over your intake form so that we know where you are at and where you want to be. You will have initial testing done and our Clinic Director will go over the results and give you recommendations to help you get the best results possible. At this time our Clinic Director will go over the cost of your recommendations. At Happy Healthy THIN you are under ZERO obligation to accept our recommendation. It is our goal that you will leave our office better informed about your health and options. We believe that the more information you have, the better decision you can make. Our initial consultation and testing will provide this information. We offer financial options with you and you can then decide at your own discretion how you would like to proceed. NO pressure.
